Aberdeen is truly a heaven for tourists who are looking for quiet vacations in the nature's lap, nothing to do but enjoy the leisurely beauty. Named after a city of Scotland, it is a tea estate that has in it, the beautiful Aberdeen waterfalls. Falling from a height of 98m (322 feet), it is the 18th highest waterfall in Sri Lanka. The waterfall is situated on the Kelani River
start from Ginigathhena town and head for Ella Uda. When the Alagala village is reached in Hulanwanguwa, Aberdeen Falls is visible from a distance.
